  • 1 Ripe avocado
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil optional

Instructions 

  1. 1. Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
  2. 2. While the bread is toasting, cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
  3. 3. Mash the avocado with a fork and mix in the lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  4. 4. Spread the mashed avocado mixture onto the toasted bread slices.
  5. 5. Drizzle with olive oil if desired and serve immediately.
