Bacon Milk Gravy for Biscuits

- 6 slices Bacon chopped
- ¼ cup All-purpose flour
- 2 cups Milk
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper freshly ground
1. Cook the chopped bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove bacon and set aside, leaving the drippings in the skillet.
2. Add the flour to the bacon drippings and whisk until smooth. Cook for about 1-2 minutes.
3. Gradually whisk in the milk, stirring constantly to avoid lumps. Cook until the gravy thickens, about 5-7 minutes.
4. Stir in the cooked bacon. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
5. Serve the gravy hot over biscuits.
