  • 1 loaf Baguette split lengthwise
  • 200 g Pork thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Pickled Vegetables carrots and daikon
  • 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha
  • 1 handful Cilantro fresh
  • 1 piece Cucumber sliced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the skillet over medium heat and cook the pork until fully cooked.
  2. 2. Spread mayonnaise on the inside of the baguette.
  3. 3. Layer the cooked pork, pickled vegetables, cucumber, and cilantro inside the baguette.
  4. 4. Drizzle with soy sauce and sriracha.
  5. 5. Close the baguette and serve immediately.
