Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 400 g Pasta Any type you prefer
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt To taste
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper To taste
  • ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese Grated

Instructions 

  1. 1. Boil a large pot of salted water.
  2. 2. Add pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
  3. 3. Drain the pasta, reserving a cup of pasta water.
  4. 4. In the same pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  5. 5. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  6. 6. Return pasta to the pot, toss to coat with oil and garlic.
  7. 7. Add reserved pasta water as needed to achieve desired consistency.
  8. 8. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  9. 9. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese on top.
