Beef and Broccoli Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Beef (sliced thin)
- 2 cups Broccoli florets
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon Ginger (minced)
1. In a bowl, mix beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds.
3. Add beef to the wok, stir-fry until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
4. Add broccoli florets, stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
5. Serve hot with steamed rice.
