Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef (sliced thin)
  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger (minced)

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a bowl, mix beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. 2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  3. 3. Add beef to the wok, stir-fry until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. 4. Add broccoli florets, stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. 5. Serve hot with steamed rice.
