Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef Top round or flank steak, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup Soy sauce
  • ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
  2. 2. Add the sliced beef to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or overnight for best results.
  3. 3. Preheat your oven to 175°F (80°C). Place a wire rack on a baking sheet.
  4. 4. Arrange the marinated beef slices on the wire rack in a single layer.
  5. 5. Bake in the preheated oven for 4 hours, or until the beef is dry and firm but still slightly pliable.
  6. 6. Let the beef jerky cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
