Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef sirloin thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 cup Beef broth
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 8 oz Mushrooms sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Flour
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, cook until softened.
  2. 2. Add mushrooms and cook until browned.
  3. 3. Push vegetables to the side of the skillet. Add beef and cook until browned.
  4. 4. Sprinkle flour over the beef and vegetables, stir well.
  5. 5. Gradually add beef broth, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
  6. 6. Reduce heat to low, stir in sour cream. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. 7. Serve hot over egg noodles or rice.
