Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef tips cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 cup Beef broth
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add beef tips and cook until browned on all sides.
  3. Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until onion is translucent.
  4. Pour in beef broth, season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 30-40 minutes until beef is tender.
