Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Black Beans cooked
- 1 cup Corn cooked
- 1 cup Salsa
- 4 large Tortillas
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
- 1 pinch Salt to taste
- 1 pinch Black Pepper to taste
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the black beans, corn, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Warm the tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave.
Place a portion of the bean mixture in the center of each tortilla. Top with salsa and shredded cheddar cheese.
Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll up to make a burrito. Serve warm.
