- 2 lbs Chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 cups Buttermilk
- 1 cup Buffalo sauce
- 1 cup Vegetable oil, for frying
1. In a large bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
2. Dip chicken pieces into buttermilk, then dredge in the flour mixture, coating well.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Fry chicken pieces until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
4. Remove chicken from oil and drain on paper towels.
5. Toss fried chicken in buffalo sauce until well coated.
6. Serve immediately with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing, if desired.
