Main Ingredients
- 2 whole Branzino fish cleaned and scaled
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
- 1 whole Lemon sliced
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley chopped
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, and parsley.
Place the branzino on a baking sheet and rub the mixture all over the fish, inside and out.
Stuff the cavity of each fish with lemon slices.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Serve hot with extra lemon wedges on the side.
