Ingredients

  • 4 cups Broccoli florets
  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoon All-purpose flour
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, cook until softened.
  2. 2. Stir in flour and cook for another minute.
  3. 3. Gradually whisk in chicken broth and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer.
  4. 4. Add broccoli florets and cook until tender, about 10-15 minutes.
  5. 5. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
