Instructions
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, garlic, grated pear, and black pepper.
Add beef slices and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Heat a pan over medium-high heat and cook the beef until done, about 5-7 minutes.
Add sliced onion and green onions, cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
