Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ pear, grated
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ onion, sliced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions 

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, garlic, grated pear, and black pepper.
  2. Add beef slices and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat a pan over medium-high heat and cook the beef until done, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add sliced onion and green onions, cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
