Chicken Milanese Recipe
A classic Italian dish, Chicken Milanese is a breaded chicken cutlet that's crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.

Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Chicken breasts pounded thin
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 2 pieces Eggs beaten
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs preferably panko
- 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
- 0.25 cup Olive oil for frying
1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
2. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan cheese.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the chicken breasts until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
4. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil. Serve hot.
