Chicken Parmesan Grilled Cheese

Main Ingredients
- 4 slices bread preferably sourdough
- 1 cup cooked chicken breast shredded
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
- 0.5 cup parmesan cheese grated
- 2 tablespoons butter softened
1. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
2. On the unbuttered side of two slices, layer shredded chicken, marinara sauce, mozzarella, and parmesan cheese.
3. Top with the remaining slices of bread, buttered side out.
4. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place the sandwiches in the skillet and cook until golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
5. Serve hot and enjoy!
