Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs Italian seasoned
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 cups Marinara sauce
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 units Eggs beaten
  • ½ cup Flour
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Dredge in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan cheese.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  4. Place chicken in a baking dish. Top each piece with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
  5. Bake in preheated oven until cheese is melted and bubbly, about 20 minutes.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil if desired.
