Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 lb Chicken breast sliced thin
  • 2 packs Ramen noodles
  • 1 cup Sliced mushrooms
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 2 cups Baby spinach
  • 2 pcs Boiled eggs halved
  • 1 tablespoon Green onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, bring chicken broth to a boil.
  2. 2. Add sliced chicken breast and cook until no longer pink.
  3. 3. Add ramen noodles, mushrooms, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Cook until noodles are tender.
  4. 4. Stir in baby spinach until wilted.
  5. 5. Serve in bowls, topped with halved boiled eggs and chopped green onions.
