- 200 g Vermicelli rice noodles
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, snow peas)
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. Soak the vermicelli rice noodles in warm water for about 10 minutes or until they are soft. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
4. Add the soaked vermicelli noodles to the wok. Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Toss everything together until the noodles are well-coated and heated through.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
