Main Ingredients
- 1 pound Breakfast sausage cooked and crumbled
- 6 Eggs
- 2 cups Milk
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Ground mustard
- 6 slices Bread cubed
- 2 cups Cheddar cheese shredded
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and ground mustard.
In a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, layer the bread cubes, cooked sausage, and shredded cheese.
Pour the egg mixture over the layers in the baking dish.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is lightly browned.
Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
