Cinnamon Roll Casserole

- 2 cans Cinnamon Rolls refrigerated
- 4 large Eggs
- ½ cup Heavy Cream
- 2 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- ½ cup Maple Syrup
- 1 cup Chopped Pecans optional
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Grease a baking dish with butter or non-stick spray.
Cut each cinnamon roll into quarters and place them in the baking dish.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
Pour the egg mixture over the cinnamon roll pieces in the baking dish.
Drizzle the maple syrup over the top and sprinkle with chopped pecans if using.
Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown and set.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
