Ingredients 

Pancake Batter

  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¾ cup Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tablespoon Melted butter

Cinnamon Swirl

  • ¼ cup Brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoon Melted butter

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, mix milk, egg, and melted butter. Pour into dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  3. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter for the swirl.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour ¼ cup of batter for each pancake. Swirl in the cinnamon mixture.
  5. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
