Coney Island Hot Dogs Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 4 hot dog buns
- 4 hot dogs
- 1 cup ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- ½ cup water
- to taste salt and pepper
1. In a saucepan over medium heat, cook the ground beef and chopped onion until the beef is browned and the onion is soft.
2. Stir in the tomato paste, yellow mustard, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, and water. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. While the sauce is simmering, grill the hot dogs on a grill or grill pan until heated through and slightly charred.
4. Place the hot dogs in the buns and top with the meat sauce. Serve immediately.
