  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Cotija cheese crumbled
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice freshly squeezed

Instructions 

  1. 1. Boil the corn kernels in a pot for 5-7 minutes until tender.
  2. 2. Drain the corn and divide it into cups.
