Main Ingredients
- 500 g Cooked Chicken Breast shredded
- 200 ml Mayonnaise
- 100 ml Plain Yogurt
- 2 tablespoon Curry Powder
- 1 tablespoon Mango Chutney
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
1. In a saucepan, heat the curry powder over medium heat for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, yogurt, mango chutney, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
3. Add the cooked chicken to the bowl and mix until well coated.
4. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
