Ingredients

  • 6 Eggs
  • ¼ cup Milk
  • ½ cup Cheese, shredded
  • ¼ cup Bell Pepper, diced
  • ¼ cup Spinach, chopped
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  3. Stir in the cheese, bell pepper, spinach, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the mixture evenly into a greased muffin tin.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until the egg bites are set.
  6. Let them cool slightly before removing from the muffin tin. Serve warm.
