Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked Rice preferably day-old
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup Mixed Vegetables carrots, peas, corn
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 bunch Green Onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat the wok and add vegetable oil.
  2. Add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. Crack the eggs into the wok and scramble until just set.
  4. Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for a few minutes.
  5. Add the cooked rice and soy sauce, stir-fry until everything is well combined and heated through.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
