- 1 cup Shredded Cabbage
- 1 cup Shredded Carrots
- ½ cup Chopped Green Onions
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 1 package Egg Roll Wrappers
- 1 cup Vegetable Oil for frying
1. In a mixing bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, green onions, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
2. Place a small amount of the mixture in the center of each egg roll wrapper.
3. Fold the wrapper around the mixture, sealing the edges with a bit of water.
4. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
5. Fry the egg rolls until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
6. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
