Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Shredded Cabbage
  • 1 cup Shredded Carrots
  • ½ cup Chopped Green Onions
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 package Egg Roll Wrappers
  • 1 cup Vegetable Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, green onions, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  2. 2. Place a small amount of the mixture in the center of each egg roll wrapper.
  3. 3. Fold the wrapper around the mixture, sealing the edges with a bit of water.
  4. 4. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. 5. Fry the egg rolls until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  6. 6. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
