- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 7 oz Fideo Pasta
- 1 cup Tomato Sauce
- 2 cups Chicken Broth
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the fideo pasta and cook until golden brown, stirring frequently.
Stir in the tomato sauce, chicken broth, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until the pasta is tender and the liquid is absorbed.
