- 2 lbs Chicken wings
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 2 cups Vegetable oil for frying
1. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
2. In a large bowl, mix the flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
3. Coat the chicken wings in the flour mixture.
4. Fry the chicken wings in the hot oil until golden brown and crispy, about 10 minutes per side.
5. Remove the wings from the oil and drain on paper towels.
