Fried Mozzarella Cheese Sticks Recipe

- 12 sticks Mozzarella Cheese cut into sticks
- 1 cup All-purpose Flour
- 2 cups Breadcrumbs
- 2 units Eggs beaten
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
- as needed Vegetable Oil for frying
1. Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
2. Coat each mozzarella stick in flour, then dip in the egg, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture. Repeat for all sticks.
3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
4. Fry the mozzarella sticks in batches until golden brown, about 1-2 minutes per side. Use tongs to turn them.
5. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve immediately.
