Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked Rice preferably day-old
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 cup Mixed Vegetables carrots, peas, corn
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • 2 tablespoon Oil vegetable or canola
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Add garlic and onion, sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Push garlic and onion to the side, pour beaten eggs into the wok, scramble until cooked.
  4. 4. Add mixed vegetables, cook for 2-3 minutes.
  5. 5. Add cooked rice, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir-fry for another 5 minutes.
  6. 6. Serve hot.
