Fried Rice with Ham
A simple and delicious fried rice recipe with ham.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Cooked Rice preferably day-old
- 1 cup Ham diced
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- 2 Eggs beaten
- 1 cup Frozen Peas and Carrots thawed
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 4 stalks Green Onions chopped
Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add vegetable oil.
Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
Add ham and cook until slightly crispy.
Push the ham to the side and pour the beaten eggs into the wok. Scramble the eggs until fully cooked.
Add the cooked rice, peas, and carrots. Stir well to combine.
Pour in the soy sauce and mix thoroughly.
Stir in the green onions and cook for another 2 minutes.
Serve hot.
