Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Add chicken breasts and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
2. Preheat grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. Let it rest before slicing.
3. In a large mixing bowl, combine romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, Kalamata olives, and feta cheese.
4. Add sliced grilled chicken to the salad. Toss everything together and serve immediately.
