Greek Horiatiki Salad Recipe
A classic Greek salad with fresh vegetables, olives, and feta cheese.

Main Ingredients
- 4 Tomatoes, chopped
- 1 Cucumber, sliced
- 1 Red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup Kalamata olives
- 200 g Feta cheese, cubed
- 1 Green bell pepper, sliced
- ¼ cup Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, green bell pepper, and Kalamata olives.
2. Add the cubed feta cheese on top of the vegetables.
3. Drizzle the olive oil and red wine vinegar over the salad.
4. Sprinkle the dried oregano, salt, and pepper to taste.
5. Gently toss everything together until well combined. Serve immediately.
