Main Ingredients
- 4 cups Chopped Romaine Lettuce
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup Cucumber, sliced
- 0.5 cup Red Onion, thinly sliced
- 0.5 cup Kalamata Olives, pitted
- 0.5 cup Feta Cheese, crumbled
Dressing
- 0.25 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- to taste Salt and Pepper
In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, Kalamata olives, and feta cheese.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
Serve immediately.
