Main Ingredients
- 1 kg Beef Chuck cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 Onion chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 cups Beef Broth
- 1 can Tomato Paste
- 2 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 2 cups Water
- to taste Salt and Pepper
- 2 Bay Leaves
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add beef cubes and brown on all sides. Remove and set aside.
In the same pot, add chopped onion and cook until soft.
Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
Return beef to the pot. Add beef broth, tomato paste, oregano, cinnamon, water, salt, pepper, and bay leaves.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 2 hours, or until beef is tender.
Remove bay leaves before serving. Enjoy!
