- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- ½ cup buttermilk
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt or to taste
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, buttermilk, and lemon juice.
2. Add the dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
3. Whisk everything together until well combined.
4. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
