Main Ingredients
- 2 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
- 2 pieces Burger Buns
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
- 2 leaves Lettuce
- 2 slices Tomato
- 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
2. Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
3. Grill the chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
4. Toast the burger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
5. Assemble the sandwich by spreading mayonnaise on the buns, adding lettuce, tomato slices, and the grilled chicken breast.
