Ground Beef Vegetable Soup Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1 cup Chopped onions
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 cups Diced carrots
- 2 cups Diced potatoes
- 1 cup Frozen peas
- 1 cup Frozen corn
- 6 cups Beef broth
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
1. In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
2. Add the chopped onions and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onions are translucent.
3. Stir in the diced carrots and potatoes. Cook for about 5 minutes.
4. Pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 20 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
5. Add the frozen peas and corn. Season with salt, black pepper, and dried thyme. Simmer for another 5-10 minutes.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
