  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 jalapeño, minced optional
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
  2. 2. Mash the avocado with a fork, leaving it a bit chunky.
  3. 3. Add the chopped onion, cilantro, lime juice, jalapeño (if using), and salt to the bowl. Mix well.
  4. 4. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve immediately.
