Ingredients 

Gyoza Filling

  • 200 g Ground Pork
  • 1 cup Cabbage, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 package Gyoza Wrappers

Instructions 

  1. Mix ground pork, cabbage, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a bowl.
  2. Place a small spoonful of filling in the center of each gyoza wrapper.
  3. Fold the wrapper and seal the edges with water.
  4. Heat a pan over medium heat and add a bit of oil.
  5. Place gyoza in the pan and cook until the bottoms are golden brown.
  6. Add water to the pan, cover, and steam for about 5 minutes.
  7. Remove the lid and cook until the water evaporates and the bottoms are crispy again.
