- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 cup Chopped Onion
- 1 cup Chopped Carrots
- 1 cup Chopped Celery
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 4 cups Beef Broth
- 1 can Diced Tomatoes (14.5 oz)
- 1 cup Frozen Corn
- 1 cup Frozen Green Beans
- 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- to taste Salt and Pepper
1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
2. Add the chopped onion, carrots, celery, and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
3. Pour in the beef broth and diced tomatoes. Bring to a boil.
4. Add the frozen corn, green beans, dried basil, and dried oregano. Reduce heat and let simmer for 20 minutes.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
