- 1 bag Frozen Hash Browns thawed
- 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 stick Butter melted
- 1 cup Chopped Onion
- to taste Salt and Pepper
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the thawed hash browns, shredded cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, melted butter, and chopped onion. Mix well.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is heated through.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
