Instructions
Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
Add the diced ham and mixed vegetables, stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
Push the ingredients to one side of the wok and pour the beaten eggs into the other side. Scramble the eggs until fully cooked.
Add the cooked rice, pineapple chunks, and soy sauce. Stir-fry everything together for another 3-4 minutes.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
