Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Pasta cooked and cooled
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • ½ cup Black Olives sliced
  • ½ cup Red Onion thinly sliced
  • ½ cup Cucumber diced
  • ¼ cup Fresh Basil chopped
  • ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 3 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine pasta, cherry tomatoes, black olives, red onion, cucumber, fresh basil, and Parmesan cheese.
  3. 3. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  4. 4. Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss to combine.
  5. 5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
