  • 1 lb Italian sausage mild or spicy
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 Onion sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 can Diced tomatoes 14.5 oz can
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the Italian sausage and cook until browned.
  3. 3. Add the sliced onion and cook until softened.
  4. 4. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  5. 5. Add the diced tomatoes and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. 6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
