- 12 jalapenos halved and seeded
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
Fill each jalapeno half with the cheese mixture.
Roll the filled jalapenos in breadcrumbs to coat.
Place the jalapenos on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, or until the breadcrumbs are golden and crispy.
