Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked rice preferably day-old
  • 1 cup Mixed vegetables carrots, peas, corn
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil.
  2. 2. Add the minced garlic and chopped onion, stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. 3. Push the garlic and onion to the side, then pour in the beaten eggs. Scramble until fully cooked.
  4. 4. Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  5. 5. Add the cooked rice, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Stir-fry until everything is well combined and heated through.
  6. 6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
