- 1 lb kielbasa sausage sliced
- 4 potatoes diced
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 bell pepper chopped
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the diced potatoes and cook until they start to soften, about 10 minutes.
Add the chopped onion and bell pepper, cooking until they begin to soften, about 5 minutes.
Add the sliced kielbasa sausage and cook until heated through, about 5 minutes.
