King Ranch Chicken Casserole

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Cooked Chicken, shredded
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 can Rotel Tomatoes, drained
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 1 cup Onion, chopped
- 1 cup Green Bell Pepper, chopped
- 2 cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 12 pieces Corn Tortillas, torn into pieces
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, sauté the onions and bell peppers until soft.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, Rotel tomatoes, chicken broth, sautéed onions, and bell peppers.
Layer the bottom of a baking dish with half of the torn tortillas.
Pour half of the chicken mixture over the tortillas and sprinkle with half of the shredded cheese.
Repeat the layers with the remaining tortillas, chicken mixture, and cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, until bubbly and golden brown.
